Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for all Contractor work performed under DHS OCIO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensures the Contractor s performance complies with all contractual requirements.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for the work to be performed.
  • Directs, executes, and controls all Contractor staff and its subcontractors providing support services.
  • Manages the project effectively and responds to requests for discussion or resolution of technical problems timely, as dictated by the SOW.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Top Secret Security clearance required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
