In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the Global Manager of Financial Systems in all aspects . The responsibilities of this role are wide-ranging and may be regular, recurring, and project-based or ad-hoc in nature.
Responsibilities:
Develop and modify new dashboards using BI viewer, Method query, and SQL query to improve the user interface and management reporting.
Design, modify, and interpret user interfaces and dashboard extenders.
Collaborate with all stakeholder teams to identify new projects, track progress, and manage User Acceptance Testing and migration to the Production environment.
Provide admin support for all OneStream solutions, including tax, planning, and close/consol to meet the team's objectives and timelines.
Develop and adjust Business rules and member formulas as needed.
Assist in defining project requirements for new projects in OneStream and support the Global Manager of Financial Systems in creating the necessary structures for new projects.
Participate in system and process improvements and enhancements, working alongside external consultants when necessary.
Develop and manage XF documents for the team as required.
Create, update, and manage recorded, documented, or live user training as needed.
Develop, update, and manage process documentation for OneStream system procedures as required.
Use skills such as Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Agile Scrum, Backup Technologies, and Business Requirement Document
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is necessary for this role.Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is required.
Experience with Cloud Technologies is mandatory.
Knowledge of IBM systems is an important requirement.
Expertise in Linux Technologies is crucial.
Understanding and experience in AB Testing is vital.
Proficiency in Active Directory is necessary.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is highly valued.
Knowledge in Backup Technologies is required.
Ability to draft Business Requirement Documents is a key requirement.
