The Defense Exercise Tester will support Biconvex s customers with development of theater focused exercises and scenarios that will help various DoD partners assess and evaluate the use of Artificial Intelligence tools. The tester alongside the Biconvex team will provide overarching corporate knowledge to enable continuity, long term planning, and relationship building throughout various exercise and scenarios. The team will develop, staff, approve, execute, and report results of each exercise and will provide subject matter expertise and insight to the customer.

Specific Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Integrated Test Plan Development, Exercise Support, and Exercise Documentation.
  • Support long-term planning and execution by building and nurturing partnerships to enable participation in subsequent exercises.
  • Provide support and integration across the various mission threads to include generating a system architecture and monitoring/managing workflow linkages.
  • Provide senior level personnel with operational testing experience to support red, white, and blue cells for exercise experimentation to include live operational command experience with the Department of Defense and NATO partners.

Experience Required:

  • 15 Plus years experience in DoD operations, systems acquisitions, operational testing and evaluation, concept exploration, requirements generation, and intelligence
  • Experience on Combatant Commander or Operational Major Command Staff
  • Flag Level or executive level engagement experience
  • Experience with Joint planning concepts, documenting objectives, mission threads, events, metrics, data collection plans and write scripts for Exercise Control (White Cell), virtual blue forces (Blue Cell), and opposition forces (Red Cell)
  • Experience with Joint Fires planning and operations
  • Active Top Secret Clearance

Position is Contingent on Contract Award
