Cost Accounting Manager

Grayson Search Partners is working with a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Cost Accounting Manager. This role will focus on reviewing month end, managing a direct team, & will own the cost accounting processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Manage the month end close process
• Report and present monthly financial results to management
• Analyze and evaluate data needed in forecasting, budgeting and cost control
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Analyze customer profit margins and gross margins and explain any variances against plan
• Develop and report division level KPI’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 4 - 6 years' experience in accounting
• Prior manufacturing industry experiencer preferred
