Work Experience:

  • Assess the overall scope of work required for small engineering design change projects, field inquires, repairs and departure records in Services Engineering organization.
  • Work with cross functional project teams to develop an integrated project schedule OR refine existing project schedules to support execution.
  • Drive IMS cleanup efforts, audit preparations.
  • Run critical/driving paths and can articulate its importance in driving program execution
  • Keep the project schedules up to date. e.g., statusing, change integration and detail planning
  • Provide guidance to non-schedulers about using an integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Support Commercial Engineering PMO s 2024 goal by using published Project Schedule Management Standards and toolkit and support lean initiatives such as Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, etc.
  • Familiar with Scheduling tools, e.g. Microsoft project, Smartsheet, Clarity and OpenPlan.
  • EVMS experience is not a requirement but is a desirable skill set.
  • Prior experience in project schedule management preferred and strong organizational skills required.
