As a Senior Project Manager, you will apply your architectural and engineering expertise to conduct property condition assessments of residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, and warehouse buildings for equity investors, lenders and other clientele. This position entails using your prior knowledge of building systems to provide solid recommendations and solutions to the team and our clients, while understanding the assessment s potential impact on the transaction process. A Senior Project Manager is expected to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with clients, and managers. In addition, they should be able to team up with and oversee other specialists and project managers to collaborate on larger projects.

Role and Responsibilities

Complete specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget;

Data compilation and organization;

Prepare quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.);

Conduct project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.);

Conducting site reconnaissance and identifying various building systems and their overall condition

Prepare technical report authoring.

Complete general construction cost budgeting and reviewing construction proposals and estimates

Maintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project;

Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule;

Identify and resolve issues with projects:

Manage multiple projects; and

Deliver outstanding?client service with?timely responses and proactive solutions.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
  • 7 15 years of relevant experience
  • A detailed understanding of construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types;
  • Job will require travel
  • Applicant must be located in Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or Northern California
  • This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized;

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; and

Excellent verbal and written communication.
