Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with flight bookings, including ticket purchases, changes, and cancellations, through phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, promotions, and policies to customers
- Understand and accommodate passenger needs and preferences, offering personalized travel solutions and seating arrangements
- Collaborate with other departments, such as ticketing and customer service, to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Utilize the reservation system to manage bookings and maintain accurate passenger records
- Keep informed of changes in flight schedules, policies, and industry regulations to provide reliable information to passengers
