About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Brand Designer who excels in modern design, ideation, communication, and corporate brand building. The ideal candidate should carry a design style that complements and aligns with Tronex brand visual aesthetics. Your creativity will shine in areas such as print and digital ad campaigns, product packaging design, illustration and photography, infographics, and iconography. This role requires the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while ensuring brand continuity across a variety of marketing projects, including journal ads, sales materials, digital ads, website design, and product packaging. Your work will span both print and digital platforms, supporting graphic design tasks, refreshing project designs, and crafting creative campaigns for advertising and trade shows. The successful candidate will possess a broad understanding of modern marketing concepts, take full ownership of project execution throughout all phases of layout and design, and thrive in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create designs that reinforce our brand identity across various mediums
- Generate fresh ideas for advertising and trade show campaigns
- Collaborate to refresh existing design projects
- Bachelor's Degree, plus one (1) experience in work involving graphic arts
- 5-8 years of expertise as a Graphic designer in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD, Experience with 3D programs is a plus
- Strong portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize and design
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A keen eye for visual details
- Aesthetic thinking skills
- Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills are essential
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry design trends
- Extensive knowledge of Graphic Design styles and techniques
- experience in implementing marketing campaigns
- Ability to be a team player
