**Hybrid role, must be local to Merrimack NH or Boston MA** Our industry-leading financial services client is looking for a User Experience Designer who is passionate about their craft and improving employee digital experiences.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Manage the definition of the design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams, with some guidance and coaching
- Have an opportunity to work with accomplished, experienced designers across the company and build your skills as you go
- Partner with user research to understand the customer problems to tackle
- Partner with the product owner to help advise product strategy
- Work across the organization to drive consistent customer experiences
- Provide design and product thought leadership
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of UX or related experience is preferred
- A certificate/degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred
- Experience working on agile teams delivering value in digital products preferred
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
