Position Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the General Manager
- Owns the practice schedule - check patients in/out, schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Manage practice cleanliness, supply levels, and other daily operations
- Ensure there is always opportunity in the schedule for same day consultations and new clients
- Deliver a warm and friendly welcome to our patients and help to ensure they have the best guest experience we can deliver
- Work as an integral part of a cohesive team, ensuring the most seamless flow in operations each day
- Maintain organization in the practice and keep detailed patient records
- Represent the Genesis brand, mission, and culture
- Any other administrative-related tasks required for business operations
- Self-motivated, team player with excellent trouble-shooting capabilities and the ability to identify and solve problems
- 3-5+ years of Patient Concierge/Customer Service experience, preferably in dental or other healthcare related field
- Familiarity working with client booking software
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements

- $750 health insurance stipend
