You’ll know the Academic Advisor role is the right fit for you if…

  • You are passionate about delivering culturally responsive, asset-based instructional curriculum with the purpose of positively impacting 9th and 10th grade scholar academic achievement
  • You have experience facilitating academic preparedness seminars for young people to support their journeys to become lifelong learners and critical thinkers
  • You’re ready to manage a diverse caseload of ~120 high scholars, ensuring each student has the support they need to matriculate to a four-year college
  • You excel in analyzing student data
  • You are effective at building and maintaining authentic relationships with young people
  • You are comfortable navigating a Learning Management System such as Google Classroom, Coursera, and grade portals such as PowerSchool, or IIluminate.
  • You are a strong advocate for scholars pursuing a life of opportunity, choice, and power

This position is full-time, non-exempt, with a full compensation range of $53,550-$72,450 with the exact compensation depending on experience. As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $62,055 - $64,890 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
