Role Summary:

inKind is looking for an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to join our team! Join our fast-paced, late-stage startup and help us scale to meet the demands of our growing business. The inKind Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including: identifying hiring needs, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, managing interviews, facilitating the offer process, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and the People Team to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment strategy. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Work alongside People Team leadership to design and implement overall recruiting strategy best practices
  • Create and update job descriptions to attract qualified candidates and streamline the recruitment process
  • Conduct resume reviews in support of various roles
  • Conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates by assessing relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Facilitate the scheduling process throughout the interview loop (screens, skills assessments, hiring manager interviews, etc)
  • Operate as a thought partner and resource for hiring managers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for applicants and candidates, including extending offers and dismissing candidates
  • Provide ongoing reports to leadership as requested
  • Ensure compliance in the recruiting process with state and federal labor laws

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume tech recruiting
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems
  • Comfort and ability to conduct screening interviews across various departments and roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Strong decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in high volume tech recruiting
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management
  • SHRM, PHR, or other human resources certifications

Work Environment:

  • The candidate in this position will be primarily located in an office environment and be exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of that environment
  • This position is primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, Texas

Salary:

  • $90,000-$110,000, DOE
