Job Summary
:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, and passionate about brand-building and digital marketing.




Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, paid ads).
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Market Research
:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Gather and analyze data to assist in refining marketing strategies.

Analytics and Reporting
:

  • Analyze key performance metrics from marketing initiatives, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities and outcomes.

Event Coordination
:

  • Support the planning and promotion of webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
  • Assist with logistics and communication related to event execution.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinker with an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
