ERP Savvy is seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Canadian Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Canadian payroll processes. This role involves collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes, improve data management, and ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Implementation and Configuration: Manage the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules based on business requirements.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for Canadian employees, including tax calculations and deductions.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to HR staff and end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and compliance within SAP HCM systems.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to SAP HCM functionalities.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in SAP HCM Payroll, specifically for Canadian payroll.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including payroll, time management, personnel administration, and employee self-service.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Canadian payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex HR processes and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve payroll-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR ABAP OO, UI5, Webdynpro, and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications in HCM and Payroll.
