Job Description
The proposed resource must:
Have a minimum of 8+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors Learning, Performance & Goals and/or Recruiting & Onboarding.
Be familiar with all reporting methods available in SuccessFactors.
Possess either an Associate or Professional level SuccessFactors certification.
Technical Environment :- IS-U ECC 6.0 EHP8, CRM 7 EHP4, IS-PS ECC 6.0, BO 4.2, BW7.5, PBF 8.1, GRC 10.1, Solution Manager 7.2, PO 7.40, Fiori 3.0, OpenText 16.0 and HANA 2.0.
Responsibilities:
We have a need to enable all reporting methods available in SuccessFactors to allow Department Administrators and managers to run reports and view dashboards to enhance access to data and decision making. The aim of this project is to simplify and make the reporting process more efficient.
The chosen candidate will work with the ERP SuccessFactors support team to:
Analyze as-is reporting processes.
Advise on best practices.
Configure/activate reporting methods that are not being utilized in the current system.
Set up Role-based permissions, if necessary.
Document all configuration/system changes.
Knowledge transfer to ERP technical staff of system changes and capabilities.
