Job Summary

The PMO Analyst at Client will collaborate with internal departments and senior management to gather, analyze, and present data that helps improve business strategies and optimize operational processes.

The analyst will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), creating management dashboards, providing predictive forecasts, and developing reports to guide decision-making.

This role focuses on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and increasing the quality and security of service delivery through advanced data analytics and project management support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain management dashboards, track KPIs, and provide real-time visibility into data for decision-making.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare and present reports to senior management on-demand.
  • Use advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data to drive improvements in processes and reduce costs.
  • Set up thresholds and automatic alerts for important business metrics.
  • Perform text analytics to extract insights from structured and unstructured data fields.
  • Support portfolio management by analyzing resource utilization and identifying areas of over/under-allocation.
  • Assist with creating presentations for the Steering Committee and Executive Council.
  • Communicate portfolio risks and impacts to project managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess current business models and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of senior PMO experience.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track and report on KPIs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Background in manufacturing or construction (IT background not accepted).

Preferred Qualifications

  • VBA programming skills for Excel automation.
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
