Role:

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Oracle WAM Application Specialist to provide senior-level technical support for the Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM) application. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in Oracle WAM to define requirements, perform analyses, and develop strategic plans for optimizing the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports implementation and maintenance of Oracle WAM.

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and processes.

  • Designs software solutions that adhere to programming best practices.

  • Develops customized database programs to enhance COTS products.

  • Creates and supports integrations to external applications.

  • Performs unit testing to validate solutions and assists with user acceptance testing.

  • Follows change management procedures to migrate innovative solutions to Production.

  • Provides production support by troubleshooting and resolving identified issues.

  • Follows service level agreement (SLA) metrics when resolving production issues.

  • Collaborates with IT team to deliver secure solutions on schedule and on budget.

  • Mitigates security vulnerabilities by working with IT Security and COTS vendor.

  • Works with COTS vendor to support, maintain, and upgrade applications.

  • Configures maintenance objects and business objects in Oracle WAM.

  • Communicates and collaborates in a team environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Twelve (12) years of direct industry experience in functional areas related to the subject matter specialty across various organizational settings.

  • Eight (8) years in a senior role with technical experience in the IT field, specifically related to Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM) application.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL programming languages.

  • Experience with Oracle SQL Developer or TOAD.

  • Expertise in Oracle WAM and Oracle Utilities Application Framework.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint and ServiceNow.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Clearance:

  • The ability to successfully pass a background check is needed for this position.
