Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer. You will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and driving efficiency across our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to process changes and improvements.
  • Train and mentor production staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in process engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary info:

$34 - $44 / hr
