Lead the global daily operations of our corporate infrastructure and IaaS systems while managing a talented team through performance reviews, goal setting, and career development. Oversee production environments to ensure stability, scalability, and top-tier performance, meeting all SLA requirements. As a mentor and leader, you'll drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with business standards, making a lasting impact on both the team and the organization.

Compensation range: 100K to 125K

Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible

The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.

What you will be doing:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide team performance, assignments, career growth, and input on goal setting.
  • Infrastructure & IT Operations: Oversee global data centers, virtual systems, cloud infrastructure, and ensure 24/7 support.
  • Root Cause & Issue Resolution: Lead root cause analysis, critical issue management, and resolution communications.
  • Compliance & Change Management: Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI standards, and change management protocols.
  • Capacity & Resource Planning: Manage staffing, infrastructure needs, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Process & Vendor Management: Define operational processes, track performance, and maintain vendor relationships and system uptime.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or similar field or equivalent experience
  • IT Management Experience: 5+ years as a technical manager in a 24/7, business-critical IT environment.
  • Technical Application Expertise: Proficient with MS SQL, SharePoint, O365, endpoint solutions, and corporate applications.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to manage multiple priorities and define expectations.
  • Systems Administration: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) or Microsoft systems, endpoint solutions, security, and backup/recovery strategies.
  • Cloud & Virtualization: Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud services, orchestration, SANs, Fiber backbones, Windows server administration, and virtualization technologies like VMWare.
  • Disaster Recovery Planning: Proven expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery strategy and maintenance.
