Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of company-wide compensation programs, driving competitive wage structures and ensuring global market alignment.
  • Take charge of managing pension, retirement, and insurance plans, building cost-effective and attractive benefits packages that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee incentive programs that recognize performance and reward excellence, ensuring alignment with both local and global standards.
  • Spearhead the administration of flexible spending plans, ensuring compliance while providing valuable tax-saving options to employees.
  • Conduct in-depth research on compensation and benefits trends in both new and existing markets, contributing to the company s expansion and success.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient payroll processing, guaranteeing that employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Be at the forefront of HR technology as you lead the implementation and management of cutting-edge HRIS and compensation tools, optimizing performance and streamlining operations.
  • Design and launch performance management initiatives that drive employee growth, engagement, and development.
  • Administer financial assistance programs that provide valuable support to employees.
  • Continually develop and update policies that ensure a competitive, fair, and attractive working environment for all.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, specializing in compensation and benefits.
  • Expertise in wage and salary administration, benefits management, and HRIS systems.
  • Valid driver s license and passport required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to various locations.
