Summary:

The eCommerce Department is seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Program Manager to lead our Omnichannel growth initiatives. This role is crucial in driving ecommerce customer acquisition and retention by integrating and optimizing our marketing and operational efforts across all channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management within a marketing function and possess a deep understanding of business challenges, enabling them to operate effectively with minimal oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Lead meetings across key stakeholders, being able to dive into specifics on Omnichannel growth initiatives with little oversight (especially across digital merchandising and store operations).
Design and implement initiatives to improve the customer journey across all touchpoints, understanding what capabilities the company currently has and white space to focus on.
Develop, implement and measure comprehensive Omnichannel strategies that align with Albertsons business objectives.
Provide end-to-end tracking of initiatives and hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines and goals.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Omnichannel initiatives.
Create and present strategic opportunities, business findings, and challenges to Senior Leadership.
Work closely with various departments including marketing, operations, shopper experience, loyalty, analytics & data science, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and successful execution of Omnichannel initiatives.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Five or more years of experience in PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (with 2+ years digital marketing)
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Strong understanding of Omnichannel strategies and digital transformation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Flexible self-starter who flourishes in a dynamic environment; must be able to work with minimal direction
High energy, intellectual curiosity, and passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity.

Interview process will include 2 interviews. 1 with EM and the other with a member of Senior Leadership Team.
