As a Medical Supply Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while managing data entry tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for handling orders, maintaining customer records, and providing support via phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone lines, emails, and online ordering platforms to assist customers with new sales or provide support for existing orders.
  • Process and maintain customer records in a timely and organized manner.
  • Oversee the processing of orders from start to finish, including managing any back ordered items and following up as needed.
  • Handle product return requests, ensuring proper procedures are followed, including verifying insurance and referrals where applicable.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring continued business by providing support and information on new products.
  • Safeguard the reputation and integrity of the company by providing high-quality customer service.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
  • Strong numeric accuracy skills, including experience with 10-key calculators and excellent alphanumeric data input ability.
  • Proficiency in operating computer systems, including scanning equipment, data entry, and generating professional correspondence.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and maintain effective working relationships under pressure.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and follow up as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
