SAP S/4 EWM Functional Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Houston, TX)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 EWM Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4 Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and related modules, with hands-on configuration expertise. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 EWM solutions tailored to the organization's specific requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of EWM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full end-to-end SAP S/4 EWM implementations (minimum 3 full life cycle projects required).
Provide hands-on configuration in S4 EWM and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
Serve as the EWM expert, overseeing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate these into SAP EWM functional designs.
Perform quality assurance (QA) on functional designs, including configuration, application security, reports, data conversions, and interfaces.
Support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing, ensuring the solution meets business needs.
Configure and manage EWM Material Master Data and convert EWM master data, including EWM on-hand inventory.
Required Expertise:
Cross-functional integration experience with SAP modules: MM/SD/PP/TM.
In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM and Inventory Management (IM).
EWM Warehouse Configuration: handling all aspects of warehouse layout, processes, and operations.
Strong understanding of Procurement processes and strategies including put-away and picking strategies.
Expertise in the following areas:
EWM Master Data
Release Strategies
Pricing Procedures
Batch Management
LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
Physical Inventory
Account and Vendor Master Data
Additional Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality problem resolution and continuous improvement.
Handle the EWM Material Master Data and conversion of EWM master data.
Capable of working independently, managing projects while also providing ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Over 10+ years of SAP S/4 EWM experience.
Minimum 3 full end-to-end implementation projects.
Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP EWM and PTP.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with 3 days per week in Houston, TX.
