Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is a 1st Shift position within the food manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities:

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
2. Applying working knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
3. Developing, testing, and implementing integrated systems for managing industrial production processes.
4. Creating and modifying process documentation to ensure standardized procedures.
5. Collaborating with design engineers to develop and implement production processes for new products.
6. Monitoring and testing process capabilities; implementing control plans and process assurance.
7. Ensuring all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
8. Troubleshooting issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
9. Communicating effectively with team members, including coordinating and conducting meetings to report on process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, statistical process control principles, and process development.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
5. High level of technical expertise, including proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects to successful completion.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work well in teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
