We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the global migration of our clients Workforce Management (WFM) platform from WFC to UKG PRO. This multi-year program requires expertise in UKG platforms, Agile delivery, and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for documenting requirements. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments. You'll analyze cross-functional processes, design integrated solutions, and ensure successful adoption, driving the project to meet our target delivery date of March 2027. responsibilities:



  • Lead the Migration Effort: Own the transition from WFC to UKG PRO, ensuring the solution aligns with business goals and delivers the desired outcomes.
  • Agile Methodology Expertise: Apply Agile delivery practices, including story mapping, backlog refinement, and sprint planning to ensure the successful delivery of program milestones.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with business SMEs and stakeholders to align expectations, ensure clarity on progress, and drive adoption of new processes.
  • Requirement Documentation: Use JIRA and Confluence for documenting user stories, features, and requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Integrated Solutions: Analyze cross-functional business processes, design integrated solutions (process, technical, and organizational), and ensure they meet business needs.
  • Focus on Business Results: Ensure the end-to-end solution is validated and proven to deliver the required business outcomes.
  • Drive Knowledge Transfer: Post-implementation, support the handoff to Global Production Support teams to ensure ongoing success.

Qualifications:




  • Experience with UKG WFM Platforms (WFC & PRO): Prior experience with both platforms is required, with an understanding of their capabilities in a global context.
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments, including the use of JIRA and Confluence for tracking project activities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex concepts in written and oral form, especially in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of conducting functional and technical gap analysis, business process mapping, and defining integrated requirements.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience managing project timelines and deliverables, though this is not a Project Manager role.
