Job Description

looking for Manufacturing Process Engineer at Kansas City, MO & Moline, IA.

Responsibilities:

Lead continuous improvement projects in the factory and warehouse.

Maintain thorough knowledge of all manufacturing processes and equipment.

Work with all department supervisors and their teams to establish / adjust work procedures.

Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.

Analyse and resolve work problems; assist employees in solving work problems.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Background in fabrication, machining, assembly, material handling, or engineering

Knowledge of manufacturing equipment including CNC, press brake, MiG, TiG, spot welding, and CNC laser cut operations

Strong organizational skills

Ability to effectively lead small project and work well with people across all organizational levels.

Experience/Knowledge

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.

Experience with CNC programming

Experience with 3D CAD software SolidWorks will be a plus

Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

Good blueprint reading and interpretation skills

Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word & Outlook

Strong technical aptitude

Excellent understanding, problem-solving and decision-making skills
