REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of five years of experience in selling time and material solutions. Experience in the IT sector Time and Materials Fluent Bilingual Spanish / English Proficient in the use of relevant software tools. Ability to use technology for sales presentations and data analysis. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to generate complex ideas and present them clearly and concisely. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze the market situation, detecting the weaknesses and strengths of your own company and competitors, to improve the relationship with the customer. Manage customer relationships. Lead teams. Manage information for future strategic decisions. Look for market trends. Conduct an in-depth analysis of customers and the company. Take advantage of the company's strengths and opportunities to stand out in the market. Identify and target potential customers in the market. Develop strategies to acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Implement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in long-term partnerships. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Implement effective lead generation strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Submit compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve a high success rate in obtaining new business. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of customer requirements. Develop a strategy for following up with leads and determining new industries to follow. Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities. Lead the negotiation with potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
