In this role, you'll leverage your in-depth knowledge to:

Design and Develop Test Solutions: Craft innovative test fixtures (hardware and software) and comprehensive test plans to rigorously evaluate semiconductor and electronic components at various stages of production. Utilize a vast knowledge of precedents in test engineering and administer understanding of principles of related engineering and software technology to ensure test integrity and efficiency.

Champion Test Efficiency and Effectiveness: Troubleshoot test equipment issues, maintain the reliability of test stations, and spearhead efforts to continually optimize testing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Bridge the Gap Between Design and Production: Collaborate seamlessly with design engineers, production personnel, and quality specialists to identify and resolve test-related challenges, ensuring a smooth transition from design to production.

We're looking for a HANDS-ON highly motivated Senior Test Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or a related field) and a strong understanding of electronic device testing principles.

10yrs experience preferred in Production Test Fixture Design

Experience in data analysis, diverse testing tools (ATE, oscilloscopes, DMMs, etc.), and strong communication skills are a plus.

Mechanical skills and expertise in production test fixture design are welcome, but a passion for quality and a dedication to continuous improvement are what truly matter.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
