Your role as our Dialer Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and sales teams by managing call center operations, lead management processes, CRM systems, and personal systems support.

Responsibilities Include:

Call Center Support:

  • Maintaining and developing lead strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Managing user and account creation within the call center systems.

  • Overseeing call routing management.

  • Conducting call analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Developing user training materials to support ongoing learning and development.

Lead Management:

  • Facilitating lead posting and tracking management to streamline processes.

  • Managing lead distribution to ensure equitable allocation among sales teams.

  • Implementing multimedia outreach strategies to engage leads across various channels.

  • Monitoring lead KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Creating and maintain workflows to streamline lead management processes.

CRM Management:

  • Designing workflows within the CRM system to automate processes.

  • Providing quality assurance for ongoing workflows to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

  • Crafting new workflow automation requests to enhance system capabilities.

  • Integrating APIs to optimize CRM system functionality and data integration.

Personal Systems Support:

  • Managing account creation for new hires to ensure access to necessary systems.

  • Creating training videos and materials to support employee onboarding and development.

  • Overseeing computer development and management to maintain system integrity.

  • Generating and maintaining reports for data analytics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or similar industry.

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
