Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Hands-On Player-Coach Director of Operations to join our team. This multifaceted role will involve working closely with our marketing team, acting as the main point of contact for human resources, overseeing IT operations, and managing corporate finances. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for driving operational excellence within a commercial real estate context.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations across the firm, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
2. Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute marketing strategies that promote the firm's brand and services.
- Support the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives that align with business goals.
3. Human Resources Management:
- Serve as the primary HR contact, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement through programs and initiatives.
4. IT Oversight:
- Manage IT infrastructure and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
5. Financial Management:
- Oversee corporate finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial performance and develop strategies for improving profitability.
6. Team Development:
- Actively coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in all operational areas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master s degree is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in operational management within the commercial real estate industry or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, human resources, IT management, and financial oversight.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Proficient in industry-related software and technology, including financial management and CRM systems.
