  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MW Partners is currently seeking a Business Process and Change Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Work cross-functional with IT business and Go-to-Market partners at all levels to drive organizational change, change management, and business user testing.
  • Coach and mentor functional change agents and managers leading the people side of change to execute project-specific change strategies, change management, and training plans
  • Coordinate, review, and assist in the delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise's Go-To-Market offers
  • Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
  • Lead and perform business user acceptance testing from pre-planning through to execution and launch.
  • Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst/ business process analyst.
  • Work cross-functional with IT business and Go-to-Market partners at all levels to drive organizational change, change management, and business user testing.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
