Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain fault-tolerant systems across multiple platforms.
  • Design and implement Ethernet-based device management solutions for satellite systems.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain low-level firmware for advanced spacecraft components.
  • Develop high-level applications to manage and control satellite operations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless software-hardware integration.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing multi-platform, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Strong understanding of Ethernet device management and protocols.
  • Proficient in writing both low-level firmware and high-level application software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about the space industry and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with spacecraft systems and satellite components.
  • Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded systems.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
