Acquired Data Solutions, Inc. is a test and engineering company that is seeking an onsite Mid Level Engineer to join our Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) Team in Egg Harbor, NJ as Key Personnel to support Development Test & Evaluation (DT&E) of existing and emerging technologies for airport security equipment. Areas of work include:
- Data Collection / Data Analysis
- Analysis of Vendor Data Packages
- Test Plan Development, Execution, and Reporting for:
- Exploratory Limited Assessment
- Phases: Technical Assessment (TA), Readiness Assistance (RA) and Readiness Testing (RT)
- OPS Standard Excursion
- Design Optimization Studies
- Simulant Validation
- Library Development
- Database Development and Maintenance
- Machine Learning/Deep Learning
- Data Labeling
Job Description: Engineer must be able to perform engineering design and analysis of complex security related systems to determine potential for further development, production, and interface to other systems, and usefulness in the Homeland Security environment.
- Write test plans and procedures
- Conduct tests, collect test data, and prepare test/program assessment reports.
- Capable of developing work breakdown structures, identification of critical path elements to project accomplishments, and tracking of project activities.
- Has above average communication skills and is able to write project documents, including project plans, test plans and procedures, data analysis reports, and project final reports with little supervision.
- Has experience in system automation, data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and has working knowledge of commercial software programs.
Qualifications:
- Must have current DHS Suitability or current Secret Clearance at other Government Agencies.
- Must be located near Atlantic City, NJ
- 6+ Years Experience.
- A Bachelor s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Professional knowledge of System, Electrical/Electronic engineering disciplines. (Professional knowledge is defined as the comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of systems engineering and advanced technology development).
- Have security, physical security, security sensor, or explosive detection systems or related engineering experience demonstrating the ability to work with complex issues related to design, development, and test and evaluation.
