  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Senior Data Modeler with Power BI

Location: Chicago, IL or Tempe, AZ (hybrid) 3 days a week onsite

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $70-75/hr c2c / 1099 all inclusive

Senior Data Modelers will have extensive and exceptional data modelling and SQL skills with strong PowerBI development skills. He or she will have previously created data models to support application development frameworks and can derive data driven application capabilities from code driven application code. Some PowerBI experience with DAX Measure, Bookmarks and Field parameters to create flexible user-defined PowerBI experiences is needed.

SQL skills will also be extensive. The modeler will need to be able to support others and quickly adapt the model to write the SQL to populate the framework as well as determine the best way to apply the framework to various dashboards. He or she will be creative and by able to apply his or her experience on a regular basis.

9-12 Years of overall development experience
3+ Years of PowerBI Development that demonstrates advanced skills
10+ Years of SQL experience modelling data and writing complex queries
GIT for version control
Expertise with ETL, data modeling
Expertise with complex SQL queries
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts required.
Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
