Senior .Net Software Engineer Full Stack

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in full-stack development to join a mission-driven organization transforming behavioral healthcare through cutting-edge technology. This role involves leading critical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the innovation of healthcare solutions that bridge the gap between mental and physical health. You ll play a vital role in advancing technology to improve healthcare outcomes, working in a fast-paced, impactful environment.

What You ll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack software projects focused on behavioral health technology.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies to ensure that software solutions are robust, scalable, and meet healthcare needs.
  • Champion innovation by introducing new methodologies and technologies to enhance the performance and capabilities of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives and influence strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on back-end (60-65%) using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in front-end development (35-40%) with Angular (required), or similar frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Experience with building and maintaining complex APIs, microservices, and software solutions with SQL Server and ORMs like nHibernate or Entity Framework.
  • Proficient in writing unit, integration, and UI automation tests.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, as well as Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Migration experience from .NET 4.8 to .NET Core is highly valued.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR, and EHR integrations.
  • Background in microservices architecture, which is part of our roadmap toward modernization.
