We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) professional to help elevate our in-house expertise to the next level. Our team already possesses strong foundational skills in SAP BTP, but we are looking for someone who can drive innovative product development, expand our technical capabilities, and guide us in fully leveraging the potential of SAP BTP for business growth and transformation.

Work Arrangement:

• Flexible remote work environment. The ideal candidate can work part-time and collaborate with the team remotely.
• Availability during US Central Time Zone working hours, as needed, to ensure smooth collaboration and support for team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of cutting-edge product ideas using SAP BTP, enhancing our existing capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities where SAP BTP can deliver business value and drive innovation.

• Build on the existing knowledge of our in-house SAP BTP team by providing advanced training and mentorship.
• Lead efforts to upskill the team in more advanced aspects of SAP BTP, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Design and develop sophisticated SAP BTP applications, using tools such as Cloud Foundry, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and other advanced technologies.
• Ensure the team is equipped to handle complex customizations and maintain solutions to meet evolving business needs.

• Oversee the design and implementation of more complex integrations between SAP BTP and other systems, ensuring optimized data flow and process automation.
• Guide the team in solving challenging integration scenarios, expanding our ability to work across platforms.

• Lead the design of scalable, future-proof architectures that align with business goals and best practices.
• Help the team refine their approach to solution design, ensuring we remain at the forefront of SAP BTP innovation.

• Drive performance improvements in existing SAP BTP solutions, ensuring optimal resource utilization and responsiveness.
• Provide guidance on complex technical support issues, mentoring the team in advanced troubleshooting techniques.

• Strengthen our team's approach to security and compliance within SAP BTP, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices for data protection.
• Implement governance frameworks that enhance the long-term maintainability of SAP BTP solutions.

• Stay at the forefront of SAP BTP advancements and industry trends, bringing fresh insights and ensuring the team remains competitive in the SAP space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and lead teams in the advanced use of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP HANA, database modeling, and complex system integrations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with a focus on guiding teams to the next level of expertise.
• SAP certification in relevant areas is highly desirable.
