Position Overview:

The Full Stack Developer will work on building and maintaining web applications with expertise in Java, React, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions while ensuring high-quality performance, security, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software development, web architecture, and content management using AEM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, React, and AEM.
  • Implement front-end components and back-end services for responsive, scalable web applications.
  • Integrate AEM with various content management workflows and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and deploy cloud services for the application ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to provide innovative technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and support guides for new and existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions, and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to continuously enhance software development processes.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 2+ years of IT experience; OR
  • Completion of a Coding/IT Bootcamp and 2+ years of IT experience; OR
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong knowledge of Java, React, and AEM.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java, React, and AEM.
  • Experience in cloud service design and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development, with an understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, mentor junior developers, and support the success of new team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

What You ll Do:

  • Collaborate with remote teams and departments to design and deliver solutions using Java, React, and AEM.
  • Build and maintain full stack applications, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Work with AEM to manage content workflows and support seamless content delivery.
  • Perform debugging, testing, and optimization of applications across the full stack.
  • Suggest improvements to existing software systems and enhance application functionalities.
  • Keep up with industry trends, enhance your skill set, and share knowledge with the team.

Work Hours: 8-5 AZT hours
