  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Oracle WAM Application Support

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Support implementation and maintenance of Oracle WAM.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and processes.
  3. Design software solutions that adhere to programming best practices.
  4. Develop customized database programs to enhance COTS products.
  5. Create and maintain integrations to external applications.
  6. Perform unit testing to validate solutions; assist with user acceptance testing.
  7. Follow change management procedures to migrate new solutions to Production.
  8. Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving identified issues.
  9. Follow service level agreement (SLA) metrics when resolving production issues.
  10. Collaborate with IT team to deliver secure solutions on schedule and on budget.
  11. Mitigate security vulnerabilities by working with IT Security and COTS vendor.
  12. Work with COTS vendor to support, maintain, and upgrade applications.
  13. Configure maintenance objects and business objects in Oracle WAM.

Preferred Experience/Qualification/Knowledge Skills:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Master s Degree is preferred. A Master s Degree in one of the above disciplines equals one year specialized and two years general experience.
  1. General Experience:
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in one or more functional areas related to the subject matter specialty
  1. Specialized Experience
  • At least five (5) years of hands on experience in Oracle WAM
  1. Skillset
  • SQL programming languages, Oracle SQL Developer or TOAD, Oracle WAM, Oracle Utilities Application Framework, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Office products (Word, Excel).
