Location: Remote (Must be a Colorado resident)
Pay Rate: $25per hour on W2
Work Schedule:

  • Training: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (3 weeks)
  • Permanent: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Job Description:
Seeking a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to support the myColorado mobile application, ensuring smooth operation through troubleshooting, customer assistance, and incident management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier I support for iOS and Android.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce issues, and resolve problems.
  • Install the myColorado software following defined procedures.
  • Enter incident tickets into the tracking system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in mobile app support OR
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Relevant experience or education can substitute for qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Jira experience
  • ITIL Certification
  • Agile and Scrum experience
  • Government work experience
  • Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store
