Roles and Responsibilities:

• Development Skills Building canvas apps or model driven apps for Power Platform; building Power BI reports and dashboard, KPIs, measures and transforms; building Power Automate flows; customizing SharePoint layouts, themes and building modern pages in SharePoint online.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiar with agile development methodologies (preferably SAFe) and strong experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiar with use of ServiceNow, GitHub, JIRA and Azure DevOps. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, vulnerability management systems, practices and procedures, and patch management processes.
• Project Management Support: Experience assisting with requirements management, code management/version control, and project management activities, particularly in government IT environments such as NIH.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in software development, with a focus on web applications and proficiency in SharePoint development, Power Apps, Dataverse and PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior NIH experience preferred.
• Current NIH badge strongly preferred.
