We are hiring a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to join a client in Nashville, TN.

Role:

Our client wants to optimizing its processes and operations, with a focus on streamlining customer engagement, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting lifecycle renewals. The new hire will play a significant role in driving these improvements by spearheading the overhaul of the Salesforce environment and using data to open new opportunities for growth.

  • The focus is on Salesforce, Databricks, and SQL Server for managing customer data.

  • The team is implementing sDocs for Salesforce and overhauling their Salesforce community portal.

  • You will sit on the operations team but work cross-functionally between sales, customer relations, and IT.



Skills and Requirements for the Role:

  • Strong Salesforce experience.

  • Ability to lead in a project management capacity without being hands on with salesforce development.

  • People management and cross-functional collaboration are key.

  • Deep understanding of customer journey optimization and process improvement is expected, with a path for growth within the organization. Industry experience would be great but not required.
