Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to join Gilead's team in Foster City.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing and executing test strategies for SAP implementations.
You will be responsible for defining test plans, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of testing phases

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP testing efforts, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Coordinate and manage testing resources to meet project timelines.
Develop and implement automation strategies to improve testing efficiency.
Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards during testing.

Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in SAP test management.
Proven experience with SAP implementation and testing methodologies.
Strong leadership skills in managing on-site and offshore testing teams.
Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM.
Excellent communication and project management

skills.

Local candidates only, as onsite presence 4 days a week is required.
