Informatica PL/SQL Developer with Healthcare Domain Experience

As a Healthcare domain, Informatica and PL/SQL Lead, you will be a key player in the Infosys ADM team to carry out application
Development and Project Management services, System Analysis, System Design, application support and maintenance and minor enhancements work.

Skills suitable for this position are:

Required Skills:

Very Good understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain with Knowledge of Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation.

Expertise in Oracle Database related development.
Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
Communicate with project managers, clients and other
developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals
successfully
Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications.
Experience in developing applications using PL/SQL with ETL and .NET technologies.
Work as a member of development team with hand-on
programming and design skills;
Mentor 5 to 8 development team members on a need basis and technically drive them towards results
Ability to work in global delivery model and coordination with offshore teams involved in project.
Experience in managing medium to large projects with exposure in Estimation, Proposal building, Solution design, task tracking and project timeline management.

Good to Have:

Experience in Informatica and PL/SQL technologies with an understanding of the software development life cycle
Technical competency PL/SQL, Unix.
Experience on application design, file structures, coding practices, quality assurance and documentation
Experience in SQL query tuning.
Moderate experience in Oracle Database Administration
Experience of Healthcare EDI is a plus
Healthcare experience is a plus
Location for this position is in: US (Need to work in PST time zone).

Desired Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. n.
Must have at least 8+ year of Facets, PL/SQL experience.
8-12 years of overall IT experience is required.
