Job Description
- Introduce cutting-edge curriculum software to current and potential school district clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, sales campaigns, marketing efforts, and client support.
- Conduct client site visits, provide quotes, and follow up to ensure successful conversions.
- Prospect, build, and manage a pipeline of opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Present and propose solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
- Maintain regular contact with accounts, promoting new and existing products, preparing RFPs, and closing deals.
- Grow and expand relationships within assigned accounts.
- Provide daily client support and manage qualified sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to product inquiries and qualify leads.
- Build relationships with software vendors, attend product trainings, and support internal teams in understanding the product portfolio.
- Take on client training and onboarding for these solutions within 6-12 months.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in education or sales, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Experience working closely with educators and curriculum coordinators.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to meet individual goals.
- Confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences, with knowledge of hardware and software used in K-12 education.
- Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong time-management, record-keeping, and planning skills.
- Preferred: Experience with SMART products and other A/V technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
