Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in UiPath to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases for all applications with focus on tax forms, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout robust testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners Tax Services Group, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design test cases.
  • Execute automated test cases and report results, including defect tracking and management of bug fixes and retest.
  • Enhance existing test automation frameworks to improve test scope, coverage and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for automated testing, including modularization and reusability of test scripts.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality standards.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in test planning and estimation activities.
  • Certification in UiPath or relevant automation testing certifications.
  • Expertise in using testing tools as needed (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Appium, Cypress, Jest, Postman, Tosca, RPA, Cucumber).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and driving the approach of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.
  • Proficient in UiPath Studio and related UiPath tools such as use of chatbots and Robotic Process Automation.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
  • Experience with object recognition techniques (selectors, image recognition, OCR).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
