Lewin/OSC provides research and consulting services including program planning and development, implementation services, and post-implementation analytics and evaluation to assist the federal government in designing programs that improve the health and well-being of the nation's citizens.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of research and consulting-related tasks
  • Advanced quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Delivery of high-quality client and firm presentations, reports, and project deliverables
  • Participation in business development
  • Managing time effectively across multiple projects, with several managers and competing priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of post-graduate professional experience OR master's degree with 2+ years of post-graduate related experience OR Ph.D. with 0-1 year of post-graduate experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in health or human services consulting, policy research analysis and/or evaluation
  • 1+ years of client/project management experience including managing to deadlines/deliverables and working with clients directly
  • Knowledge of any of the following areas: policy analysis, program evaluation, program integrity, informatics, strategic planning and process improvement

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in specific subject matter/programs such as: systems transformation, value-based purchasing, long term services and supports, home and community-based services, whole person care and/or program implementation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
