  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Genesys Developer for a Remote opportunity. Our client is moving from Enghouse vendor to Genesys Cloud Platform and the manager needs an additional developer with Genesys Cloud Platform application development skills.

Required Qualifications of the Genesys Developer:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Bachelor's or Associate s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related field is Highly Desired
  • 6 years-of application development, systems testing or other job related experience
  • Must have experience with the following:
    • Genesys Cloud CX Platform Application development
    • CCaaS Platform support including secure flows and advanced decision/routing expressions.
    • Web API Interface, Desktop application, Chrome Plugin Softphone and CRM integration
    • Diagramming/Workflow suites (MS Visio, Lucid Charts/App)
    • Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices as relates to CCaaS adoption/migrations
    • Scripting tools like JavaScript, TypeScripts, Python, etc.


Responsibilities of the Genesys Developer:

  • Develop, modify Call Center Application on Genesys Cloud platform
  • Perform testing using different CCaaS testing tools
  • Provide Support on CCaaS platform and will be part of On-call rotation
  • Produce deliverables related to the assigned project
  • Perform analysis, design, programming, and implementation of systems and procedures to solve complex business or scientific problems
  • Evaluate interrelationships in immediate programming area to determine how changes in one program will affect another related area
  • Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions


Work Location: 100% Remote.
