Role: HRIS Manager Remote but preferred in CA ( PST) Full Time
Job Summary: The HRIS Manager will lead the HRIS team, oversee daily operations, manage system configurations, and support Human Capital Management (HCM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This role will be responsible for driving efficient system integrations, managing HR systems security, ensuring data accuracy, and leading process documentation and compliance efforts. You will partner with IT and business units to optimize and enhance HR systems, provide insightful reporting, and ensure seamless data flow across platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Taleo, SumTotal, and others.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to the HRIS team. Prioritize workloads to maximize productivity, balancing project-related tasks with day-to-day operations.
  • Configure, update, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Taleo ATS, and associated HR platforms (SumTotal, Phenom, ShiftAdmin, Salesforce). Ensure proper system setup, data flows, and business process configurations.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, audit schedules, and post-project analyses to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage system security protocols and access controls. Implement processes for regular auditing to ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with IT to support system integrations (e.g., Active Directory, SFDC, LMS) and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Train users on report generation and dashboard functionalities, ensuring data relevance and usability.
  • Lead HRIS projects from scope development to execution, including system design, testing, and deployment. Ensure timely rollouts and manage system enhancements.
  • Research new HRIS features and functionalities, ensuring they align with business needs and support process improvements.
  • Develop training plans for HRIS end-users. Communicate system updates and changes effectively, ensuring team members are equipped to support HR systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in HR Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of HRIS administration experience, preferably with SaaS HR technologies.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Taleo, and other HR applications.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of cloud technology, system integrations, and HRIS best practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
