The Graphic Designer will produce and design print graphics for trade shows and specialty events. Hours are based on the current workload available.
Essential Job Duties
Follow design layout instructions, pay attention to detail, proofread, and work independently
Provide quality control and ensure compliance with company structural and graphic standards
Work with team members to ensure work is in alignment with client needs
Must understand the oversized print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and image quality are met
Work with and understand various file types, such as Vector, PDF, and Raster to prepare files for Print Production team members using digital printers

Requirements
Required experience with the following 2D software programs:
Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and WebEx
Windows-based design environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well with groups
Ability to work well under pressure and demands
Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines; some night and weekend hours may be required
Ability to adjust designs based on constructive feedback and/or customer requests
Possess a can-do attitude and positive nature towards projects and teamwork
Demonstrate Core Values of Caring, Commitment, Integrity, Spirit, Responsiveness, Inclusive, and Teamwork
Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner
Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program
