  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Title: QA Tester - Customer Service Management (CSM) Project

About the Project:

We are partnering with a leading system integrator to deliver a clean-slate Customer Service Management (CSM) project for a major healthcare payer client. This project has zero technical debt, a strong API strategy, and integrates Now Assist AI for enhanced functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure CSM functionality meets requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to identify, report, and track defects.
  • Ensure API integration and Now Assist AI are thoroughly tested.
  • Participate in regular stand-ups and provide feedback on QA progress.

Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of QA testing experience, preferably in ServiceNow CSM or healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing and integration validation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and automation testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
